A self-operating investment engine. It runs every day without me: dollar-cost averaging across ETFs, stocks and Bitcoin on two exchanges (Trading212 and Coinmate), with allocation weights that scale up the further an instrument sits below its all-time high.

  • Places real orders via HMAC-signed REST clients, then reconciles fills, fees and exchange rates
  • Every transaction audited in Supabase; monthly email reports with anomaly detection and Czech payment QR codes
  • Withdraws BTC to self-custody automatically once holdings pass a threshold

An offline-first PWA that replaces physical poker chips. The phone lies flat on the table and handles the whole Texas Hold’em betting flow (blinds, dealer rotation, raises, split pots) while you play with real cards. No backend, no account: all state lives on the device.

3D printing business automation

Closed source

I run a 3D printing business, and I’ve automated most of it. Internal tools that take a job from order to finished part with almost no manual steps in between:

  • Order to print: a new order comes in from Shopify and the printers automatically start producing the right parts
  • Invoicing: receipts and invoices generated and sent on their own

One of the largest 3D-printed cookie cutter e-shops in Europe, shipping across the EU. I lead engineering (the internal apps and automation the business runs on) and stay hands-on across operations, marketing, customer relations and product development (see project 03).

I started building for the web on my own and kept going. Now I study computer science at Matfyz and build web and native apps, often with some automation or data work behind them.
